1. What we collect

Account details: your name, email address, Saudi phone / WhatsApp number, and your password — stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text.

Booking details: the services and products you order, your address and schedule, notes you add, and the messages and photos exchanged inside a booking. If you are a pro: your business details, photos, services, prices, and — for payouts — your bank name and IBAN. Preferences such as your theme, city and cart are stored on your own device.

2. How we use it

We use your information to run the marketplace: creating and managing bookings, connecting you with your pro (or your customer), operating wallets and payouts, providing support, keeping Daleel safe, and improving the service.

3. What we share

When you book, your pro receives what they need to do the job: your name, phone number, address, schedule and booking messages. Pros receive the same about their customers — and customers see the pro's public listing, ratings and contact options. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Messages and photos

Messages and photos you send inside a booking are visible to you and the other party of that booking. Please don't share sensitive personal or payment details in chat — Daleel will never ask for your password or card number there.

5. Cookies and local storage

Daleel uses a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in, and stores small preferences (theme, chosen city, cart contents) in your browser's local storage on your device. You can clear these at any time from your browser; your cart and preferences will simply reset.

6. Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to run bookings, wallets and payouts. You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information through the Contact page, and we will act on it unless we must keep something for legal or security reasons.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions are signed, and access to payout details is limited to you. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your Daleel account.

8. Changes and contact

If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. For any privacy question, contact us through the Contact page or on WhatsApp.
