Your pro arrives on time, completes the job, and you rate the experience. If anything goes wrong, Daleel makes it right — refund included.

Ratings come only from customers whose job was actually completed on Daleel — one review per finished booking. No bought stars, no strangers: what you read is what your neighbours experienced.
You pay at booking — in full with Apple Pay, mada, Visa or Mastercard, or in 4 interest-free payments with Tabby or Tamara — and the pro is paid into their wallet when the job is done. Every order carries a small buyer protection fee (10% of the order value, minimum 1 SAR) that covers you if anything goes wrong, refund included; your pro still receives the full price of their work.
